Before Duplo, we had a long list of processes and procedures in making payouts to our beneficiaries but on Duplo, where you are, anywhere you are, you are able to do that with little effort. Duplo has been a very big plus to us.
Compared to other payment platforms I’ve used in the past, using Duplo’s dashboard has been a seamless experience. I like the flexibility it gives me in terms of adding my staff to our approval workflows and limiting their payment threshold. Setting up the approval workflow took about 30 minutes in total and the Duplo customer success team was available every step of the way.
